INITIAL PLANNING DEPOSIT

1. After your consultation with your Dreams of Italia specialist, the Initial Planning Deposit is collected to begin the planning phase of your vacation.
2. After the Initial Planning Deposit has been received, your specialist will contact you at a pre-arranged time to go over your entire customized itinerary and all bookings for your approval before finalizing.
3. Once you approve your custom vacation, your trip layout is sent along with a general overview of all your bookings, transfer tickets, and passes. This is sent along with our Pricing Invoice outlining the entire cost of your vacation and our fee.
4. Payment is fast and easy through our PayPal link right on your invoice. No PayPal account? No problem. You can use your major credit card or debit card on the same invoice.
5. After your final payment has been processed, all documentation details pertaining to your trip are emailed which includes our receipt, all invoicing from lodging properties, transfers and passes, and your Dreams of Italia vacation packet. This will confirm all reservations and finalize our process. You're all set.
6. Start packing and get ready to enjoy your trip of a lifetime in ITALY. Passport? Check! Luggage? Check! Airplane Tickets? Check! Travel/Health/Cancellation Insurance? Check! Buon Viaggo! Remember - you have 24/7 Support if you have any issues with your accommodations or transfers.
Payment is simple and easy! We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is done through the Invoice emailed to you from your Dreams of Italia specialist.
